Connie is also the Founder and Executive Director of Digital Bridges Pittsburgh, the education and nonprofit arm of her work, in which her popular programs So, You Want To Be a YouTube Star and Entrepreneurs & Influencers aim to meet PA State Academic Standards including Technology and Society; Markets and Economic Systems; Career Preparation; Writing; and Communication.

These programs reinforce scholastic standards as students engage in individualized learning that trains them to achieve personal goals and provides access to curriculum topics that are often under-taught in schools. They are also highly effective at reinforcing PA SAS topics by utilizing an engaging framework relevant to the youth we serve.

Connie regularly runs adult entrepreneurship cohorts in underserved neighborhoods and is currently an Executive in Residence Coach for the Forbes Funds, supporting nonprofit leaders in key areas including:

  • Ideas for growing the mission and capitalizing on program opportunities
  • Developing a model for stimulating more impactful employee performance
  • Being an objective sounding board with an experienced CEO to share leadership challenges
  • Recommending tools for goal setting and measuring program progress

It is exceptionally important to Connie that she shares her skills with underserved populations in a way that supports them in improving their life, meeting them where they are, and helping them move up. She accomplishes this through her total dedication to fostering quality relationships and partnerships in every community she serves.
